Our car let us know it was time for a change so at 9am we pulled into ford and was greeted by Ben West. We told him we wanted an explorer, he showed us the inventory, we made a choice , he brought it around and we said yes. He transferred our plate over and made the sale so easy. We were so impressed by Ben West that we will be back on Saturday and we are buying a Maverick for my son. Highly recommend both the car the lot as well as the employees.
I arrived in the country for a new job, and Benn took care of us. I’m not very fluent in English, but Benn made the process easy. I had a Ranger in mind, but after looking at a couple of vehicles, Benn knew exactly what I wanted—even before I did! He showed me a beautiful F-150 that I didn't hesitate to buy. Benn and his brother Matthew are fantastic; I’ll definitely buy another car from them!

We have purchased a new 2019 Ford Edge Titanium and a new 2017 Ford Escape here. What I really like about Mullinax is what they always advertise which are no extra dealer fees. If you aren't trading in another car you will pay exactly what they advertise on their website plus normal extras such as sales tax and Florida requirement. The only negotiation is the value of your trade. We found them to be competitive with a little push here and there. No big deal. I cannot comment on their service department since we've never been there.

I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience with Mullinax Ford to warn others. I purchased a vehicle with a warranty they proudly promoted — but when an issue came up, they completely failed to honor it.
They lied, delayed, and kept giving me the runaround until the warranty conveniently expired. Every time I tried to get a clear answer or action, I was met with excuses and vague promises. Now, I'm stuck with a repair they should have covered — and zero accountability from their end.

Purchased a new 2020 Mustang from NSB Mullinax Ford in March 2021. Started having transmission problems within the first 18 months, the mileage was very low. I purchased a used hybrid car last year. I am in the process of filing my taxes and am trying to claim a credit it qualifies for. It turns out they never filed the paperwork. I and my husband have called many times and been told someone will work on it and call me back. Then they become unavailable and never call back. The tax credit is almost $4000.00. I will never shop this store again.
