I came in with a battery that was bad and would soon fail. They worked me in since I just showed up, and warrantied my battery. Gene and the mechanics got me all fixed with a smile. The Quick Lane employees need to work on customer services skills, but I will return for future service, not oil changes.

every single employee here goes above and beyond to service their customers. i have always had good experiences at this location and will always recommend people to come! i made the mistake of using carmax for my last car and i definitely regret making that decision because it IS NOT THE SAME SERVICE you would get at mullinax!! if you're looking for someone that listens and actually wants to help get you into a great car i suggest you come here!!! they will work with you and they will give you outstanding and REAL customer service! the prices are also outstanding! and the selection is great! i was helped by Ben here and a few others i do not remember the names of but EVERYONE was amazing and kind! thank you guys!

Got right in!! My digital speedometer wasn’t on but eventually I figured it out!

Pick up and delivery service for oil change was excellent...very efficient. Upon delivery, truck wouldn't start. They immediately sent a rep but couldn't fix it. Had it towed back and they said they would fix it. Paul, the Mgr, Dan at desk, and driver, Carlos were very accommodating and friendly.

This has to be my third or fourth car that I have purchased from them sold one back to them have always had great service great people deal with I would recommend them to anybody I've had friends by a couple cars there and the Mullinax over in Orlando also never had a complaint from anybody great people deal with
