Let me start out by saying Amber my service advisor was great to deal with. We had a issue with my repair and she got me a loaner car for the weekend while the part had to come in. The rest of the staff were pleasant and the ladies at the cashier where you check out are very friendly. I highly recommend you check these guys out if you need work done on your Ford.

Had a windshield washer hose failure and had it repaired. When I dropped the car off a technician noticed pitting in the windshield and he showed me about 20 tiny holes in the glass. A quick call to the insurance and I now have a newly installed windshield with all the lane holding calibration completed. Thank you for noticing that condition before it became a shattered windshield on the highway!

What a great experience I had working with Haleigh and Mullinex ford. I drove 3 hours from S. Florida to get the deal done. We did as much as we could before I went there to finish the deal. I was a little worried that they would sell the truck out from under me before I got there as I have heard happens at some other dealers. Nope! Not only was it there, she pulled it around with a card saying sold with my name on it. They we very professional and could not have made the process any easier. Haleigh answered all of my text and was always friendly when I spoke to her even though I know I was being irritating at times. Lastly, I had a problem with my financing and could not take the vehicle that day, I don’t know if they want me to tell this but once my financing was complete, they drove the vehicle down to me the next day. I have owned a lot of car but this was by far the best experience I have had. If you wondering where to buy from them, stop thinking and just do it. I’m loving my truck by the way

I had a recall with the inflater for air bag in drivers side….. Amber took great care of me and said I could get a ride home and back which I declined …. She came back to let me know in an hour what’s up . Within 2 hours she had me out and on my way ….. she even walked me out to my car …. Good experience
